Join me to celebrate Winter Solstice on 18th December

The beginning of winter is our ultimate opportunity to discover rest at a time when the self needs it most.

Join me for the sweetest of sessions. A two hour immersion of sound and breath.

We will breathe through slow deep supine stretches and allow our physical body open itself to receive the healing waves of sound. We will bathe in these waves and invite them to create a deeper sense of inner peace. 

We will rise and close with a collective breath and a cup of herbal tea or festive kombucha.

WHAT TO BRING: 

Something to lie on : Blanket/mat/pillows/cushions/bolsters – we love props!

Something to wrap yourself in : Blankets/duvets (nothing that rustles please)

Cosy layers Bring an extra layer, even if you don’t think you’ll need it

Extras : Bolsters + Eye Masks
