A Restorative Nest is the ultimate way to experience sound therapy with the peaceful co. Not everyone has a floor cushion, with weighted blankets and bolsters, so let’s explore below how you can make the ultimate cosy cocoon for this healing experience.

Each ticket is per household family for up to two adults and two children. Children aged up to 12. 13+ is adult ticket. Additional little ones are £5. Please message for this.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

The invitation is to be. Meet yourself in the moment and allow the little people you brought with you to explore with their own awareness.

This is about inviting in the experience of sound in a way that feels natural to all those who attend. Giggles and movement are welcome. Let this be a special family gathering.

I will offer my peace aromatherapy oil to everyone in the space and guardians/parents will have the opportunity to allow their little ones to experience it first hand, or through them.

I play for up to 50 minutes and engage with the room to silently check in with everyone throughout.
