To The Broads And Beyond

We are staying at the peaceful sanctuary of Breathing Space, nestled in heart of the Broads National Park.

Lovingly blessed + dressed rooms, lounges with fireplaces, a wholesome main kitchen + dining area, surrounded by meadow grounds, a lake, the kitchen garden and healing plants.

We will practise morning yoga in the soul shed (or outside if Mother Nature is inviting us outdoors) and will receive all evening sessions in the magical soul shed and main house, to allow you to pencil roll into bed after twilight sound baths.

A meditation boat trip on the broads and a seal seeking beach excusion will commence throughout the weekend, timed in mind for you to have time for yourself also.

Session highlights include an Apothecary Kitchen Workshop, Let It Flow (my offering to the lymphatic, nervous and glymphatic systems) and a Lammas Women’s Circle.

Family styled breakfasts of loaded toasted sourdough, a Greek yoghurt bar and maple oats. Lunches of Turkish meze platters, South of France Provencal Quiches and salad. Dinner is served to you each evening. Mediterranean themed vegetarian feasting. Join me on a culinary journey to the Greek Islands, to Italian regions and concluding with Spanish Tapas. Seasonal Vegetarian cuisine with the freshest ingredients. Vegan catered for also. Please inform me of any allergies /intolerances to ensure I can support you.
