We will gather at the peaceful sanctuary of Breathing Space, nestled in heart of the Broads National Park.

Lovingly blessed + dressed rooms, cosy lounges fireplaces, a wholesome kitchen + dining area, cocooned within meadow grounds + open skies.

We will explore the gentlest practises each morning, cocooning them with sound and restorative meditation. Our afternoon and evening offerings involve reflective guidance and sound. 

An oceanside sauna experience and wild wintering walk in the broads, timed in mind for you to have time for yourself also.

Session highlights include a Seasonal Apothecary Workshop and a Wintering Women’s Circle. These may be round the kitchen table, they may be in the soul shed or round a fireplace.

Breakfasts of sourdough, warmed toppings, and stewed berries with pancakes or maple oats.

Lunch will be warming winter soups + nourishing seasonal salads, while evenings bring fragrant curries with flatbreads, + roasted feasts of winter roots + crispy sage.

Lunches will be served family styled so that you can taste as much or as little as you would like. Dinners will be served to you.

I offer a seasonal vegetarian cuisine with the freshest ingredients. Vegan catered for also. Please inform me of any allergies/intolerances to ensure I can support you. I also offer the menu upfront so that you can see what you will be enjoying.
